But aside from the superficial differences, New England has as much year-round love for electronic music as the home of the legendary Winter Music Conference and Together is Beantown's answer to the WMC formula: a dance music summit aligning the region's promoters, DJs, scholars and geeks for a week of workshops and parties.

The madness starts tonight with DJ Rupture at DJ Flack/Wax and Wayne's weekly listening party, Beat Research, and continues deep into valentines day weekend. Highlights include AC Slater and Udachi guesting at <3throb on Tuesday, Klever and Congorock spinning Redbull's We The People party on Wednesday, Neon Indian at Great Scott on Thursday and a headline set by Sinden on Friday.
